Mix the water and almonds in the blender to get your almond milk.
Add all other ingredients until you get a rich and creamy shake.

* Instead of water and almonds you can also use almond milk that you can buy at any whole food store, it will give a creamier smoothie. You can also use other nut milk or rice milk as alternatives.
* Try 2 cardamom pods, when you open them,black seeds will come out. Blend this together with the almonds and water. Cardamom is a fabulous anti-oxidant and very tasty.
