It's summer! This very tasty spinach wrap full of fresh vegetables and sprouts looks colorful and tastes delicious. It's healthy and nutritious and can be eaten warm as well as cold. We suggest having them warm and fresh at home. Cold they make a perfect lunch to take to school or work.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Add salt, pepper and just a few drops of lemon juice. You can also add a tablespoon of olive oil.
Take a large mixing bowl and combine together flour, garlic salt, pepper and mix.
Add water and spinach.
Knead the mixture well for the dough to become smooth.
Divide the dough into 8 balls.
Place a large non-stick pan for heating.
Flour a flat surface lightly.
Roll out each dough ball into a thin circle.
Place the rolled out spinach tortilla in the pan and cook on low temperature for 5 minutes on each side till it turns brown.
Remove, add stuffing, roll up and enjoy!
