This super yummie and super healthy easy to make porridge is loaded with proteins, fiber, minerals and antioxidants. Everything you and your little one need to start the day with!
I used brown rice drink since brown rice is unprocessed and still contains its natural proteins, minerals and antioxidants.
You can either make this yourself (I’ll post a recipe some other time) or buy brown rice milk at your organic market.
Warm up the milk, when it starts to cook, add organic rolled oats, raisins and cinnamon. Leave on low temperature for 5 to 7 minutes.
For babies: Blend everything in blender, serve warm.
