Coconut is a great source fiber, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids.. Furthermore they carry calcium, potassium, and magnesium, as well as plenty of electrolytes which maintains the body well hydrated. Pure coconut water is the best sport drink you can get without any added sugars!

Makes about 15 gorgeous sweets:

Process the cashews and dates in a food processor until well combined.
Scoop the mixture out of the food processor into a bowl and add the cacao, stir well.
The dates will give already a strong sweet taste, but if you got a real sweet tooth you might want to add 1 tablespoon of either raw honey, agave syrup or maple syrup.
This will also help to roll the paste in between your hands into little balls.
To finish, roll the balls through the grated coconut.

Store in fridge to keep them solid.

When using organic ingredients you are sure to really nourish yourself since there are no pesticides, chemicals or additives used in pure and honest foods!
