Good Vibes is a feel good Yoga/Pilates and Fitness studio, with the purpose to spread positive vibes through exercise. They have 2 studio's throughout London, one is in Fitzrovia and the other in Covent Garden. Both studios have a bright and positive outlook.
At Good Vibes they offer Glow Yoga: A yoga class practiced in a warm room, heated to feel like a sunny day. The studio is heated with infra red lights and is not suitable for pregnant ladies to attend. They do offer a pregnancy yoga class with the lights turned off every Friday at 1.45pm.
Glow Yoga is divided in 4 different Yoga classes which makes it simple and clear:
Foundation: Beginners level, the basics of the this class lasts 60 minutes..
Dynamic: a more challenging class, you will sweat mildly to strong depending on your input and length of class.This class is available in 60, 75 and 90 minutes..
Core: A powerful class working on strengthening and toning the core, be prepared to sweat! This class lasts 60 minutes.
Bliss: A restorative class held every Friday at 5.30 by candlelight. To help your mind unwind from the week and prepare for a relaxed evening or weekend. This class is open to all levels and lasts 60 minutes.
Besides Yoga, you can also take Pilates as well as other fitness classes.
Good Vibes was founded in 2008 by Nahid de Belgeonne, she teaches various classes herself. You can check their schedule to find out when she is teaching.
